First access

The following sections will guide you through your first access to envbee, whether you were invited to join an existing envbee organization or if you're starting from scratch.

Invited by another user​

If you were invited to join an existing envbee organization, you'll see a banner at the top of the page prompting you to accept the invitation.

Once you accept, you'll gain access to the organization's existing data.

Creating everything from scratch​

If you are the first one using envbee, once you log in, you’ll see no data initially. However, we offer a Kickstart Panel to help you get started quickly:

This tool can create some basic items for you, which should later be customized.

Whether you used the Kickstart Panel or decided to create everything manually, you will need to set up:

  • An organization
  • An application
  • All the environments your application requires
  • The user profiles your team needs

Once everything is set up, you can start adding variables and their values for each environment in the Variables module.
